DETAILED ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

Customer service is our number 1 priority here at ATK3D. To ensure all expectations are met, we like to communicate directly with our customers. For that purpose, we do not want you to upload any photos on the website. Your photos are very special to us, we want to personally guide each customer through an easy headache free most professional crystal purchasing experience. 

Please email all photos directly to our engraver at sales@atk3dcrystal.com so we may understand your direct crystal need. 

Acceptable formats to send photos: JPG, JPEG, and PNG. GIF files tend to be small and are not recommended. We accept all photos! For best results, we recommend use of a clear high resolution well lit photo that has a good contrast. 

Lettering is no extra charge with photo conversions. The average number of lines that can be done is based off crystal and crystal size. (In any case where we cannot fit all words we will adjust size or phrase to accommodate your needs.) Once your order has been processed please allow up to 7 days to complete the crystal and 3-5 days for shipping standard delivery within the USA.  Please email or call for details on rush orders or orders outside the continental USA. 

The light bases are used to bring life to your completed engraved crystal. Highly recommended to order with the purchase of a crystal.

FOR ALL ORDERS LESS THAN $100.00 PLEASE ADD A $12.50 SHIPPING FEE FOR ITEMS SHIPPED IN THE CONTINENTAL USA. CRYSTAL PRICES INCLUDE 1 PERSON ENGRAVED IN A CRYSTAL. ANY ADDITIONAL PERSON PLEASE ADD $5.00 PER PERSON. (EXAMPLE FOR A 3 PERSON ENGRAVED CRYSTAL PLEASE ADD $10.00 FOR 2 PEOPLE THE FIRST PERSON IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE).
